Delivery is free on orders of R5,000 or more, anywhere in South Africa. Below that it is a flat R150. For express or next-day delivery, please contact us directly.
How long is the warranty?
Every product carries a 6-month hardware warranty, counted from the date of your invoice. If a hardware fault develops under normal use we repair or replace the product.
What does “refurbished” mean at Texperts?
Every unit is tested (hardware, battery, ports and performance), its storage is replaced or securely erased, the operating system is reinstalled and updated, and the unit is cleaned and detailed before it ships with a Texperts warranty.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are in South African rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Where are your stores and what are your hours?
We have three stores: Head Office Showroom (China-Southern Africa Expo & Trade Centre, Crown Mines, Johannesburg), Johannesburg Central (Oriental Plaza, Fordsburg) and Western Cape (Icon Building, Cape Town). All are open Mon–Fri 8:00–16:30 and Sat 8:00–14:00. See store addresses and directions.
